• Radio Tangy is not a terrestrial AM/FM radio station, does not operate on any public radio frequency, and is not broadcast over traditional radio spectrum.

• Radio Tangy does not represent itself as a licensed over-the-air broadcaster and does not claim affiliation with any governmental broadcasting authority unless expressly stated.
• Nothing in the Service shall be interpreted as operating under a public radio frequency license.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

Radio Tangy is an independent digital audio platform.

• It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any terrestrial AM/FM radio station, broadcasting network, media company, governmental authority, or regulatory body unless expressly stated in writing.
• Any similarity to the name, branding, or identity of other radio stations, broadcasters, or media entities is purely coincidental.
• All third-party names, trademarks, and brands remain the property of their respective owners.
